1.  Non- Refund Policy:

All sales of our custom and festive headbands are final.  Due to handmade nature of these items, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. 

2. Product Disclaimer:

Please note that slight variations in design or color may occur as each headband is crafted individually with care. We strive to ensure every product meets our quality standards. 

3.  Damaged or Defective items:

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement at our discretion. 

4.  Customer Agreement 

By purchasing, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that all sales are final.
